How can I login into the site for purchasing the Vcare products?

Any user can purchase our products from our site, by first registering into the site with their Email ID and contact details

How can I make the registration?

On the top of the webpage, click "REGISTER" and submit the required fields. After successful registration, you will get activation link to your registered mail ID. Activate your account by clicking the link.

Can I change my contact details in future?

Yes, you can change all your contact details from "MY PROFILE" section which is available on top of the page.

Error message is shown as "This Email is registered but not yet confirmed" during logging.

The Email ID registered has not been confirmed yet. Check your registered mail ID inbox for an activation mail from VCARE and click the activation link for the confirmation of mail ID

I forgot my password, how can I log in?

Click "Forgot my password" on the top of the page. Enter the Email ID which you have submitted during the time of registration. A link would be sent to the mail ID for you to reset the password.

How can I purchase products from the site?

Visit the products page, select the required product, click BUY. Product(s) would be placed in the cart. Click CART button on the top of the page, check out by making the payment online.

Can the delivery address be different from primary address?

Yes, you can specify any delivery address as you wish. Appropriate delivery charges would be charged based on the delivery address

How can I make the payment?

You can make payment with credit card or debit card or internet banking or paypal

Will I be getting invoice copy for all my purchases?

Yes, you will get invoice copy. At the end of successful payment, purchase details and invoice copy would be mailed to your registered Email ID.
